Refund & Cancellation

A refund request for a service will be considered only when the user contacts us by email at contact@rishabhagrover.com or through WhatsApp at +91-7310836108 within 2 hours of payment.

Refund requests submitted after 2 hours from the time of payment will not be eligible.

If incorrect information has been submitted, the corrected information must be shared with us within 3 hours of payment. After this period, the originally provided information will be treated as final.

If a report has already been prepared using incorrect information provided by the user, Namah Numerology will not be responsible for the resulting loss, error or inaccuracy. Re-analysis or preparation of a revised report will be treated as a new project and charged separately.

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days from the time of cancellation. The final credit timeline will depend on the customer’s bank, card issuer or payment provider.

In the event of an accidental duplicate payment, one payment will be refunded after verification.

Payment gateway, transaction or processing charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Guarantee & Warranty

Astrology, numerology and related interpretive systems are based on calculations, celestial movements, traditional frameworks, professional observations and predictive analysis.

Dissatisfaction with the interpretation, prediction, report or consultation does not automatically make a completed service eligible for a refund.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless namahnumerology.com, Namah Numerology Vastu Solutions LLP, and their parent entities, subsidiaries, directors, affiliates, consultants, astrologers, numerologists, officers, agents, employees, successors and licensees from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses or damages arising from:

• Incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
